Born and raised in Brazil, at the age of 12, she gave her life to Jesus and had a profound experience with God in her baptism. In 2009, she began to assist as a leader in the youth program “Life Group” with Deyverson Vianna (her boyfriend then). In this highly blessed ministry, she has served as a Youth-Life Group Coordinator, Preaching Minister in Women's Services, Children's Ministry Leader, Missionary, Youth Pastor, and a Co-Pastor with Deyverson. Most of these experiences were in the "Life Group" ministries in Belém do Pará and Caraguatatuba, São Paulo.
But before all that, when she was just 9, Mayara met the love of her life (our own Pastor, Deyverson Vianna). Nine years later, when they were excellent friends, not to mention a young woman in love with God, they decided to be more than just friends and started dating. From the beginning, in the Lord, together, they have been partners in ministry, business, leadership, and friendship!
They have been married for 13 years and have two children (Davi & Zoe) and one more on the way (Isaac). Davi and Zoe usually serve on the worship team and are always available to serve in any way necessary. Pastor Mayara is studying at the STNB seminary (Seminário Teológico Nazareno do Brasil), our Nazarene Seminary in Brazil.
