Our Outreach & Evangelism Pastor, Deyverson, is a versatile leader who also serves as our bilingual Worship Leader. His journey in ministry began at the age of 16 when he dedicated his life to Jesus in 2008. Within a year, he was leading a youth program 'Life Group' with Mayara, who was his girlfriend at the time. Since then, he has held various roles in that ministry, including Youth-Life Group Coordinator, Leadership School Teacher and Coordinator, Sunday School Teacher, Worship Leader, 'Sports with Purpose' Leader, Missionary, Youth Pastor, and Senior Pastor. Most of these experiences were in the "Life Group" ministries in Belém do Pará (his hometown) and Caraguatatuba, São Paulo.
But before all that, when he was just 8, Deyverson met the love of his life (our own Pastor, Mayara Vianna). Nine years later, when they were excellent friends, not to mention a young man in love with God, they decided to be more than just friends and started dating. From the beginning, in the Lord, together, they have been partners in ministry, business, leadership, and friendship!
Married for 13 years, Deyverson and Mayara are parents to two children, Davi and Zoe, who are actively involved in the church's worship team and always ready to serve in any capacity. Their family is set to grow with the arrival of their third child, Isaac. In addition to their family commitments, Pastor Deyverson is pursuing his studies at the STNB seminary, our Nazarene Seminary in Brazil.
